We are looking for a highly skilled solutions architect who can analyze complex API ecosystems, identify integration issues, evaluate API-related defects, and recommend effective solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, implementing, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade voicebot solutions, with strong expertise in conversational AI and system integrations.

What You'll Do
• Design and architect end-to-end voicebot solutions
• Analyze and resolve API integration issues
• Lead conversational AI implementations
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
• Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions

Generative AI-enabled Voice Assistants
Contact Center & IVR Technologies
Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, or Customer Service Domain Experience
