Job Summary:
We are looking for a Solution Architect with strong experience in AWS Cloud, Python, AI/LLM, Data Lakes, and US Healthcare RCM. The role involves designing scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant architectures for AI-powered healthcare products and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AWS cloud architectures with security and cost optimization.
• Architect AI/LLM and agentic workflows for healthcare automation and claims intelligence.
• Design data lakes, ETL pipelines, and analytics platforms for healthcare data.
• Integrate healthcare systems using REST APIs, X12, HL7, FHIR, EDI and SFTP.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI protection, encryption, IAM, and audit logging.
• Conduct architecture/design reviews and create technical design documents and ADRs.
• Mentor senior developers and collaborate with product, engineering, clients, and vendors.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years in Solution Architecture / Senior Engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Strong Python, SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server skills.
• Hands-on LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering, and at least one production LLM feature.
• Practical experience with Agentic AI / LangChain or similar frameworks.
• Strong US Healthcare RCM / Medical Coding domain knowledge.
• Experience with HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems.
• Healthcare integration experience with X12, HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, EDI.
• Experience designing Data Lakes and ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD is preferred.

Preferred: Multi-cloud (Azure/GCP), Vector Databases, IDP, Power BI/Tableau, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, and healthcare platforms such as Availity/Waystar.
