Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, integrate, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ in client environments.
• Communicate product functionality and implementation details to clients and partners at an appropriate technical/functional level.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
• Support clients post-implementation with user testing, debugging, and maintenance.
• Manage project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
• Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners.
