Sails Software Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect | Salesforce Technical Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements and enhance business processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, business analysts, and development teams, to ensure successful project delivery. Your expertise will guide the technical direction of Salesforce implementations while providing thought leadership and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Custom Applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and create technical specifications based on user requirements.
- Develop and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines for Salesforce development.
- Perform code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Optimize existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Extensive experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Lead with a proven track record in Salesforce implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security features.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce deployment methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, Change Sets, or ANT.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and tools (e.g., REST, SOAP, Middleware).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect are a plus.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Salesforce Technical Lead, with a strong understanding of Salesforce features and capabilities.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, will be advantageous.
