Solution Architect Manager

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and CXO-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to identify, qualify, and pursue business opportunities across various industry domains.
• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
• Prepare and manage RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses within defined timelines.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures aligned to business objectives.
• Develop technical proposals, solution documents, presentations, and architecture diagrams.
• Conduct solution demonstrations and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) to showcase solution capabilities.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution workshops.
• Lead technical defense presentations and address customer queries related to proposed solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and architectural frameworks.
• Ensure proposed solutions adhere to security, scalability, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to delivery, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technology solutions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8-13 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or related roles.
