Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect – Data Center to understand client requirements and design suitable IT infrastructure solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, technical teams, and Sales/Pre-Sales teams to develop solutions and support business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT solutions.
- Design and recommend data center, server, and network infrastructure solutions.
- Evaluate and select appropriate hardware based on technical and cost considerations.
- Work closely with clients, technical teams, and Sales teams.
- Support Pre-Sales activities and contribute to business opportunities.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs and RFIs.
- Develop technical proposals and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with server teams to design and troubleshoot server networks.
- Provide technical guidance to clients regarding their current and future IT infrastructure needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in Data Center / IT Infrastructure / Solutions Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of server infrastructure and configurations.
- Knowledge of leading server OEMs such as Dell, HPE, and Lenovo.
- Knowledge of Virtualization, HCI, and Cloud Computing.
- Experience in Pre-Sales, RFP/RFI responses, solution designing, and client interaction.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise data center environments.
- Experience working with Sales and Business Development teams.
- Experience in technical proposal preparation and client presentations.
- Good understanding of server and network infrastructure.
