Solution Architect AI

What you will Do

• Architect and develop enterprise-grade Video KYC, Video Banking and intelligent messaging platforms.
• Design scalable microservices and APIs for video workflows, messaging, data processing and thirdparty integrations.

• Build AI-powered image and document analysis capabilities for identity verification, field investigation and risk assessment.

• Develop systems that automatically generate structured reports, summaries, observations and recommendations from images, documents, video and voice interactions.

• Design and implement AI agents for workflow automation, customer assistance, verification, auditing and operational decision support.
• Build voice bots using speech-to-text, text-to-speech, language translation and conversational AI technologies.
• Develop NLP pipelines for entity extraction, classification, summarization, intent detection and information retrieval.

• Integrate LLMs and RAG frameworks using models such as GPT, LLaMA, Claude and other opensource or enterprise models.

• Implement semantic and hybrid search using OpenSearch, FAISS, Milvus, Pinecone or similar technologies.

• Work closely with Android, iOS and web teams to deliver secure, real-time video, voice and messaging experiences.

• Collaborate with product, design, AI, engineering and customer-facing teams to align technical capabilities with business and user-experience goals.
• Lead POCs and technical innovation in image intelligence, report generation, voice bots, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Research and evaluate AI models, frameworks and open-source technologies for production use.
• Support production deployments, performance optimization and troubleshooting across AWS, Azure, GCP and on-premises environments.
• Lead experiments, training and fine-tuning of AI/LLM models to improve accuracy, automation and business outcomes.

What we are looking for (Skills)

• 710 years of experience in software engineering, solution design, architecture and AI integration.
• Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms and problem-solving. • Hands-on experience with Python and frameworks such as Fast API or Flask.
• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB and other relational or NoSQL databases.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML models and building production-grade NLP or computer-vision pipelines.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and AI-agent frameworks.
• Experience in image analysis, document intelligence, OCR or multimodal AI models.
• Understanding of voice AI technologies, including speech recognition, text-to-speech and conversational bots.
• Experience with semantic and hybrid search and vector databases such as FAISS, Milvus or Pinecone, Open Search
• Exposure to Android, iOS or web application architecture and real-time communication systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP and enterprise/on-premises deployments.
• Deep understanding of application security, encryption, data privacy, auditability and multi-tenant architectures.
• Passion for building AI-powered enterprise products that solve complex business problems.
