Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and present proposals and pitches to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Solution Analyst or similar role in an employment firm or recruitment services firm.
- Strong understanding of the employment landscape and current market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
