Solution Analyst (SAP S/4HANA MM, PP & IBP)

Position Summary

Provide IT expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM, PP, and IBP for DBIN SCM operations and act as a liaison for rolling out, supporting, and maintaining these solutions across the ALAO region (Korea, China, and India). Analyse business requirements and develop/implement required features to support DBIN in line with global processes, governance, and collaboration standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Expert

• Gather and analyse business requirements and define solutions for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with global solution architects and regional teams to implement and rollout global applications.

2. SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant

• Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and evaluate existing systems.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions.
• Resolve issues within the stipulated SLA timelines.

3. APRISO Integration Support

• Manage SAP-Apriso interfaces in coordination with the Apriso team to support business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory gap-related issues.
• Coordinate with SAP Operations teams for technical issue resolution.

4. New Product Launch Support (IT/Digital)

• Act as the Digital focal point for DBIN new product launches.
• Manage digital project schedules and execution activities to ensure seamless IT/Digital delivery during product launches.

Preferred Certification

• SAP MM or SAP PP Certification (Preferred)

Required Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience in SAP MM, PP, and IBP modules.
• Experience with MES (Apriso Integration).
• Knowledge of New Product Launch processes.
• Experience working as an IT/Digital functional expert.
