Solidworks Design Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1) Undertake Design, Development and Testing of Electro-mechanical products made by Techtron.

2) Preparation of Raw material, Process specifications and production drawings.

3) Develop layouts and automation conveyors as per customer application and requirement.

4) Prepare and verify all Process document: Process flow chart, PFMEA/DFEMA, Work Instruction, In-process check sheet, BOM, Design development document, ECN, etc

5) Design JIGs, Fixtures, Special tools, for process and define procedures for manufacturing.

6) Prepare Product technical specification and Costing details.

7) Prepare assembly drawings and production process flow.

8) Provide technical support for Outsourcing Activities.

9) Collaborate with customers for design deliverables.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good knowledge of Solidworks
• Microsoft Office- MS Excel & MS Office.
• Good Communication in English and Tamil.
