Job Title: Solar Technician

Tekjawa Solar Solutions is seeking motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join its technical team as Solar PV Technicians. This is a field-based role involving solar panel installation, electrical connections, commissioning support, and system maintenance at customer locations and project sites.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical systems, a willingness to learn, and an interest in building a career in the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rooftop solar PV panel installation and mounting structure assembly.
• Support electrical wiring, cable connections, and inverter installation.
• Assist with solar system commissioning, testing, and performance checks.
• Conduct field activities at customer locations and project sites.
• Support the identification and troubleshooting of basic technical issues.
• Assist with preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair activities.
• Follow electrical safety standards and established site procedures.
• Coordinate with senior technicians to ensure timely and quality project execution.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma, or equivalent technical qualification in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics, or a related discipline preferred.
• Freshers and candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety practices.
• Interest in solar energy and renewable technologies.
• Willingness to undertake fieldwork and travel to project locations.
• Ability to work at rooftop sites while adhering to safety requirements.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of solar panels, inverters, and electrical equipment.
• Practical exposure through academic projects, internships, or technical training.
• Familiarity with electrical tools and installation procedures.
