Solar Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair solar panels and systems to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Conduct site visits to assess energy consumption patterns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, inspecting, and replacing parts as needed.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with solar panel installations and provide solutions to resolve problems efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in the field of solar energy or related industry (ITI certification preferred).
  
• Strong knowledge of solar panel installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques.
  
• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments; must be comfortable with physical labor.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
