Job Summary

Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hybrid solar systems across assigned regions. Ensures high-quality installations, compliance with safety and technical standards, and provides customer education for effective system usage.

Responsibilities

• Install hybrid solar systems (including inverters, batteries, panels) according to company protocols and safety standards.
• Assist in site surveys, take accurate measurements, and provide technical feedback for system design.
• Perform wiring, earthing, and system integration for hybrid and on-grid solutions.
• Configure and optimize IP65/IP66 hybrid inverters with latest settings.
• Stay updated on new technologies in solar batteries and hybrid inverter systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of existing installations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues such as inverter errors, wiring faults, and battery problems.
• Educate school on system operation, monitoring tools, and basic troubleshooting steps
• Prepare detailed reports and communicate via email for project updates, issues, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to all installation protocols and quality standards.

Skills

• Proficiency in installing and configuring hybrid solar systems
• Knowledge of on-grid systems (basic level)
• Understanding of latest IP65/IP66 inverter configurations and protocols
• Familiarity with modern lithium-ion batteries and advanced hybrid technologies
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Strong communication skills (must be able to read, write, and email in English)

Education

DAE in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent technical certification

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in solar system installation and maintenance (with strong expertise in Hybrid systems)
