Solar Sales & Desktop Executive

Role & responsibilities

Solar Sales:

• Generate leads and follow up with customers for residential rooftop solar solutions.
• Contact customers, understand their requirements and explain solar system options, pricing and benefits.
• Coordinate site visits and collect required information from customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
• Maintain regular communication with leads and customers until closure.

Desktop / Office Work:

• Prepare quotations, reports and other basic documents.
• Maintain customer and lead information in Excel.
• Update sales records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Coordinate with the installation team and customers.
• Maintain proper project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate / PUC.
• 03 years of experience in sales, customer handling or office administration.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable making phone calls and speaking with customers.
• Willing to learn about rooftop solar systems.
• Candidates with solar industry experience will be preferred.
