About this role
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Solar Project Manager to oversee end-to-end solar project execution, including planning, installation, commissioning, and site coordination.
The candidate should have knowledge of solar products such as inverters and batteries, layout planning, AC/DC capacity calculations, and string design.
Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, resources, teams, contractors, and site operations; supervising civil works such as piling, foundations, and mounting structures; coordinating with DISCOM authorities for approvals and liaisoning; ensuring quality, safety, and timely commissioning; tracking project progress; and resolving operational challenges.
Strong leadership, team management, technical expertise, and project coordination skills are essential.
