Solar Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage solar EPC projects end-to-end, from planning to execution and completion.
• Have in-depth knowledge of solar structural requirements and site execution.
• Have a strong understanding of electrical systems and requirements for solar projects.
• Coordinate and manage multiple work teams and contractors at project sites.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the agreed schedule.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Solar EPC.
• Preferred only malayalis .
• Prior experience in handling large-scale solar projects/tenders is preferred.
• Experience with larger EPC projects and tender-based projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of solar electrical systems, equipment, and site requirements.
• Strong project coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage projects and drive teams toward timely completion.
