Job Description:

Eurolite Solar is seeking an experienced Solar Project Manager to lead solar projects from planning through execution and handover. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing on-site activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects within the approved timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of solar projects.
• Coordinate liaisoning, documentation, and required approvals.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, materials, and on-site resources.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets; control costs throughout execution.
• Ensure work quality, technical compliance, and on-site safety standards.
• Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare regular progress reports for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, suppliers, and site personnel for smooth project delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in solar EPC or renewable-energy project execution.
• Strong knowledge of site coordination, project scheduling, and vendor management.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, quality, and safety requirements.
• Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites, as required.
