Salary - 30K to 40 K (1-20% hike on current salary )

Note: Extensive travel across Bihar & Jharkhand will be required.

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or relevant discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in Rooftop Solar Project Execution.
• Hands-on experience in:
• Site execution and solar installation activities
• Project coordination and site supervision
• Vendor and contractor management
• Site inspections and quality checks
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely execution
• Travel-based field/site execution

Key Responsibilities

• Visit project sites across Bihar & Jharkhand for project-related activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams.
• Monitor installation and execution activities as per project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Prepare site visit reports and provide regular project updates.
• Support smooth execution and closure of project activities.
