Solar Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Role & Responsibilities Solar O&M Engineer

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar power plants.
• Monitor generation, inverter performance, and string status.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize plant downtime.
• Ensure PM activities, cleaning, and maintenance tickets are completed on time.
• Follow electrical safety procedures and HSE requirements.
• Prepare daily and monthly O&M reports.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical or EEE.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Solar O&M.
• Knowledge of inverters, SCADA, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Willingness to travel to assigned sites.
