Solar Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for solar inverters, batteries, and other renewable energy systems.
  
• Conduct field service calls to diagnose and repair issues with solar installations.
  
• Offer after-sales support services to customers, including troubleshooting and maintenance assistance.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues related to solar power generation.
  
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in the field of electrical engineering or a related discipline.
  
• Diploma or degree holder in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of solar inverter technology, battery management systems, and renewable energy principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike.
