Solar Engineer and Technicians

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Solar Engineers and Technicians based in Musiri. Team members will support the operations, and maintenance of solar power systems and related electrical infrastructure.

The Solar Engineer will support the solar system running plant operation and maintenance. This includes solar plant inverter, transformer, modules and AJB box monitoring on regular basis.Conducting regular maintenance and resolving service issues of the solar systems. And, analyzing solar system data to provide support and maintenance for optimal system performance.

The preferred candidate will work under the guidance of Senior Solar Engineers to execute responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Solar Industry and Solar Power concepts, including current technologies and standards.
• Practical experience working with Solar Systems, including operations, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices, local codes, and relevant regulations.
• Hands-on skills using tools and test equipment for solar and electrical work.
• Mandatory Only ITI / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engg and 1-3 years of experience in solar power plant is preferred.
