Solar Design – Lead to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solar PV system design, engineering, techno-commercial proposals, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities • Use software tools to design PV ground mounted and roof top systems • Perform accurate system sizing calculations • Design solar PV Array layout • Create electrical single-line diagrams, Block diagrams, panel schedules • Create connection diagrams for solar electric systems, using computer-aided design (CAD)/ PVsyst software • Structural Design for Solar Mounting structures • Pre-Visualization of Projects • Run PVsyst reports for system production estimates • Cost & Performance Analysis • Develop optimal designs with SLD, PML, conduit and wire scheduling, routing • Building detailed bills of materials based on system specifications • Preparation of Techno-commercial proposal • Coordination with management team to develop complete proposal packages • Work across functionally with sales, project management and installation teams to ensure clients’ needs • Troubleshoot design and construction issues in the field • Organizing training session, mentoring team members and providing constructive feedback to team 📩
