SOH Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients for promotional activities, kiosks, events, and brand activations.
• Generate revenue through leasing of promotional spaces and advertising opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, roadshows, exhibitions, and seasonal events.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure timely closure of deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for space allocation, branding, operations, and event execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide post-event reports to clients and management.
• Ensure compliance with mall policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate sales records, revenue reports, and client databases.
• Support customer engagement initiatives to enhance footfall and brand visibility.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in mall marketing, retail sales, advertising sales, events, or brand activation.
• Experience in dealing with brands, agencies, and corporate clients is preferred.
