Software Validation Engineer (Automotive SDV)

We are hiring Software Validation Engineer (Automotive SDV) with 7+ years of experience to join our team in Kochi/Bangalore/Trivandrum on hybrid working model. Responsibilities

• Execute validation across the complete software test lifecycle.
• Develop ASPICE-compliant test cases with end-to-end traceability.
• Set up and maintain test rigs and virtual test environments.
• Perform log analysis, debugging, and issue troubleshooting.
• Execute diagnostic and functional validation testing.
• Track and manage defects using Redmine.
• Validate SDV features in SOA-based systems.
• Develop Python scripts for test automation.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams.
• Prepare test reports and ensure ASPICE compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Experience in software validation and the complete test cycle.
• Knowledge of ASPICE test processes and traceability.
• Experience with Linux and shell commands.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
• Understanding of SOA validation frameworks for SDV.
• Knowledge of SOME/IP and CAN protocols.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Good to have knowledge in QEMU and SiL environments (e.g., Synopsys Silver).
• Strong debugging, log analysis, and defect management skills (Redmine preferred).
