About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans for software applications using BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes through effective communication and issue tracking processes.
- Conduct usability testing to ensure user satisfaction by analyzing feedback from users and making recommendations for improvement.
- Develop automated tests using Selenium WebDriver or other tools to improve testing efficiency.
Job Requirements :
- 6.5-14 years of experience in Software Testing with expertise in API Testing, Functional Testing, Usability Testing, and SQL queries.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and familiarity with Software Testing Life Cycle methodologies.
- Experience working on projects involving multiple stakeholders across different geographies; strong interpersonal skills required.
