- Hands-on experience in manual and automated testing
- Knowledge of Testing practices, Test plans, procedures, metrics etc
- Understanding of QMS and SDLC
- Ability to understand code when needed
- Good communication skills
- Experience in either of web application testing, mobile application testing, general application testing
- Primary skills:
Manual Automation Testing, Web/Mobile/Application Testing, Test Planning Procedures, SDLC, QMS. - Secondary skills:
Test Metrics, Basic Code Understanding, Testing Practices, Communication Skills.
- B. Tech / B. E in CS/IT/EE or MCA; With 3 years of IT experience
Or
Any Graduate having 6 years of IT experience
