About the Role

• We are looking for a Software Tester Intern who is interested in learning how software is tested and how real-world applications are delivered. You will work closely with our development and QA team to test web applications, find bugs, and make sure the product works as expected.
• This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in Software Testing and gain practical experience by working on live projects.
• Training on automated testing will be provided

What Youll Do

• Test websites and web applications manually.
• Understand requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute test cases and report bugs clearly.
• Retest bugs after they are fixed and verify the fixes.
• Perform functional, regression, UI, and usability testing.
• Test applications on different browsers and screen sizes.
• Work with developers to understand and resolve issues.
• Maintain test cases and testing documentation.
• Participate in daily team discussions and project meetings.
• Get exposure to automation testing as part of the learning process.
• Explore and learn new testing tools and technologies used in real projects.

What Were Looking For

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and SDLC & STLC.
• Knowledge of test cases, test scenarios, and bug reporting.
• Basic understanding of web applications.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work with the development team.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or API testing is an advantage.
• Interest in learning automation testing and new technologies.
