Job Description :

• Senior Engineer - Quality Engineering, with Finance domain having 0-30 years of experience requires a comprehensive understanding and application of Automation and Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET) practices.
• Proficiency in automation testing is essential, encompassing skills in designing and implementing automated test scripts that effectively validate software functionality across various platforms.
• Candidates should demonstrate an advanced ability to use automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium and TestNG, while understanding the importance of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines in enhancing software quality.
• Hands-on experience with scripting languages like Python or Java is highly relevant, showcasing the candidate's ability to create robust test cases and execute them efficiently.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and methodologies will also be advantageous, as it allows for a thorough assessment of application scalability and reliability.
• A strong grasp of Agile testing methodologies is necessary, as it aligns with modern software development practices.
• Education is critical for this role, with a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology being mandatory, while a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Software Engineering or Quality Assurance is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Software Test Engineer (CSTE) or as an ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation Level is highly advantageous, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.
