We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals to join our IT team and support the organization's software applications and quality assurance processes. Job Summary We are seeking Software Technical Support & Test Engineers who will be responsible for providing technical support to internal users, troubleshooting software-related issues, testing applications, identifying defects, and ensuring smooth functioning of software systems used across the organization. Key Responsibilities Technical Support

• Provide first-level and second-level software support to users across branches.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and system enhancements.
• Maintain issue logs, support tickets, and resolution documentation.
• Assist users with software usage, configurations, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct user training sessions whenever required. Software Testing & Quality Assurance
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
• Verify fixes and ensure issues are resolved before deployment.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to understand requirements.
• Ensure software quality standards and performance expectations are met. Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare testing reports and defect analysis reports.
• Create user manuals, SOPs, and technical documentation.
• Maintain records of software releases and change requests.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives related to software quality. Required Qualifications Education
• B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science)
