Your Impact
- Build and scale full-stack, distributed solutions that deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Drive reliability, performance, and operational excellence through testing, telemetry, and monitoring.
- Own features end-to-end, from design and development through production deployment.
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and multi-functional teams to build technical and business priorities.
- Solve complex software, networking, and customer issues, continuously improving scalability and reliability.
12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's, 8+ years with a Master's, or 5+ years with a PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Development expertise with Ruby on Rails, Golang, Python, or Java/Spring Boot, building scalable backend services, REST APIs, and distributed applications.
- Experience with AWS Cloud, crafting and delivering scalable, reliable, and cloud-native applications and services.
- Expertise, including modern UI development with React.js or similar frameworks and the ability to work across multiple layers of the technology stack.
- Strong experience with networking devices and large-scale distributed networking solutions, including systems software design.
- Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, influencing engineering direction, leading complex projects end-to-end, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
- Experience with Cisco CML or similar network simulation/emulation platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate optimally across multi-functional and globally distributed engineering teams.
