Software Support Engineer

Urgent Requirement, immediate Joiners preferred.

Job Description:

• Provide software implementation support at client locations
• Handle application-level troubleshooting and service support
• Assist in requirement understanding and coordination with the development team
• Support database-related activities (queries, data validation, reports)
• Provide on-site and remote support as required
• Willingness to travel for client visits (local and outstation) for implementation and support activities

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SQL Queries
• Working experience in C# and ASP.NET
• Good understanding of software requirements and business processes
• Ability to support software implementation and post-deployment services
• Basic understanding of APIs and database-driven applications will be an advantage

Education:

• B.Sc. (IT) / B.E. / B.Tech / MCA
• Educational background should be from IT / Computer Science
