Role Overview
We're looking for a Software Sales Executive/Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities in our SaaS ecosystem. You'll own the full sales lifecycle — from lead generation to demos to closing — and work closely with product and marketing teams to help expand our footprint in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new B2B leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Conduct product demos and presentations that clearly show client value
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — negotiation, contracts, closing — to hit monthly/quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records of client interactions and pipeline activity
- Share market feedback with internal teams to sharpen sales strategy
Requirements
- B.Sc. (CS/IT), B.Tech (CS), or BCA graduate — mandatory
- 0–3 years in software/SaaS sales (freshers with strong technical grounding welcome)
- Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Confident, consultative communicator who can work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Willing to work on-site in Mumbai.
