Software Python Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain GenAI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Build and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for business use cases.
• Develop backend services and APIs using FastAPI.
• Assist in creating agent-based workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, or similar frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI Architects, Data Scientists, and Product Teams to deliver AI solutions.
• Integrate APIs, vector databases, and enterprise data sources into GenAI applications.
• Participate in prompt engineering, testing, debugging, and application optimization activities.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI solutions.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives by exploring emerging GenAI technologies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 2-5 years of software development experience with strong Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience or project exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Gemini, or similar GenAI platforms.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and AI application development.
• Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and implementations.
• Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or similar technologies.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MongoDB or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to frontend technologies such as React or Angular is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and software development best practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficiency in writing clean, modularized, and well-documented code that meets industry standards.
