About this role
We are looking for a Java Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our engineering team in Bangalore. You will build and maintain backend services and APIs, and youll own features from design through to production. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems end to end, writes clean and secure code, and uses AI coding tools well without depending on them blindly.
Must have:
- Core Java 17+
- Spring Boot
- Vert.x
- REST APIs
- SQL and JDBC
- Unit testing with JUnit
- Secure coding basics
- Gradle and Git
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini), with the ability to explain and review generated code
Good to have:
- Keycloak, OAuth2, JWT
- LLM integration in Java
- Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI

- Own features end to end: design, build, test, release, and production support
- Improve the quality and security of the codebase
