Software Implementation Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. Odoo ERP Implementation & Support • Assist in configuring and managing Odoo modules, including CRM, Sales, Rental, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, HR and Maintenance. • Support workflow configuration, data imports, master data management and user access management. • Assist in testing ERP workflows, identifying issues and documenting solutions. • Support end-user training and maintain process documentation. 2. Digital Transformation & Automation • Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes through technology. • Assist in implementing workflow automation and AI-powered productivity solutions. • Research tools and applications that can improve operational efficiency. 3. Dashboards & Reporting • Assist in developing and maintaining business dashboards and management reports. • Work with Excel, Odoo reporting tools and spreadsheets. • Support reporting for sales, fleet utilisation, machine status, credit control and other operational KPIs. • Ensure data accuracy and consistency. 4. Technical Integrations • Assist with integrations between Odoo, company websites and third-party applications. • Work with Odoo Studio, APIs, webhooks and automation tools. • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate with external vendors when required. 5. Project Coordination & User Support • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, HR and Operations teams to understand their requirements. • Track project tasks, timelines and implementation progress. • Assist with user testing, training sessions and ongoing ERP support. • Prepare reports, workflow documents and standard operating procedures.
