Software Implementation Engineer- Trinee

Our client is a top HRMS software product company headquartered in Chennai, trusted by over 450+ enterprise customers and powering 200,000+ users across India. Backed by a strong team of 70+ professionals across product development, implementation, and client success, they are looking for a young, fluent Hindi-speaking candidate to join their support and implementation team.

Role & Responsibilities

• Nature of Role: Technical support and implementation trainee (Client-facing post-sales role).
  
• Note: This is NOT a sales job, NOT a coding/development role, and NOT a call center job.
  Module-by-module product training, customer support, query resolution, and structured periodic module testing for given clients.
• :Reporting To Manager Support.

• Languages: Must be fluent in spoken Hindi. Proficiency in English and any other regional language is an added advantage.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL queries is mandatory.
  Tools: Strong command of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
• Must be willing to commit to working on the HRMS product for at least 2 years.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Any graduate.
  
• Max Salary: 20,000 CTC per month.
