Key Deliverables:
- Manage software engineering teams focused on feature management and hotlist capabilities of FICO's decisioning platform.
- Oversee product development, taking ownership of the full development life-cycle, and drive new initiatives for product improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to understand Jira epics, break them down into stories, and plan the roadmap for product delivery.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and strategic direction to team members, ensuring the team's performance and growth.

- Lead and mentor geographically distributed development teams with hands-on experience in Java, Angular, AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub, and Microservices.
