Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

•12+ years of relevant software development experience.

•Strong proficiency in .NET Core / .NET 6+ and C# including modern features, design

patterns, and clean architecture.

•Solid experience in C++ (11/14/17/20) including modern C++ features and OOP

design principles.

•Hands-on experience with CUDA programming for GPU-based parallel computing.

•Expertise in Linux development environments (Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.).

•Experience in device integration using C++ with embedded systems and hardware

interfaces.

•Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API.

•Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization, particularly for GPU-

accelerated applications.

•Proficiency in debugging multi-threaded environments.

•Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.

•Experience with version control systems (Git).

•Worked with Scanners, printers, Cameras, IoT industries, OEMs, Agri Tech

Leadership & Soft Skills

•Proven ability to lead a team of engineers with strong communication and mentoring

skills.

•Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.

•Experience working in agile/scrum development environments.

•Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.

•Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product,

PLC/Hardware).
