Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using

Node.js ,

Python , and

React for enterprise banking platforms.

• Own complete feature delivery from backend API development and business logic through frontend implementation, testing, debugging, and production deployment.
• Build clean, reusable, and maintainable code while ensuring application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, platform teams, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality software through Agile development practices.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend services, REST APIs, databases, and cloud-based infrastructure while following engineering best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain engineering quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–14 years of professional software engineering experience with strong end-to-end full-stack development experience.
• Hands-on production experience with

both Node.js and Python for backend development, along with strong expertise in

React.js for frontend applications.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, frontend-backend integration, application architecture, asynchronous programming, and modern software design principles.
• Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, debugging, and production software delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams.
• Willingness to work from the client office at

Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru , during standard IST working hours.
