The engineering team develops high-performance distributed systems that combine AI, cloud computing, and modern software architecture to solve complex enterprise challenges.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services powering BRAHMA AI's enterprise AI and media platform.
• Build high-performance microservices using Go, Python, .NET, or Node.js while collaborating with frontend engineers developing React-based applications.
• Develop secure and reliable REST APIs, distributed services, and integrations that support AI-powered content workflows and enterprise-scale applications.
• Work with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB to design efficient data models and optimize database performance.
• Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud-native applications on AWS and Azure using modern DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Build reliable deployment pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and related automation tools.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design sessions, and continuous platform modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve scalability, performance, reliability, and software quality across the platform.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong backend development expertise in Go, Python, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience building microservices, REST APIs, and distributed applications in cloud-native environments.
• Good working knowledge of React and modern frontend architecture is preferred.
• Strong understanding of relational databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MySQL, along with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud platforms and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, containerization, Kubernetes, or DevOps tooling will be an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving ability, clean coding practices, and experience working within Agile software development teams.
• Experience building AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, media technology, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable.
