About The Role We are seeking a highly experienced Networking Software Engineering Leader specializing in Pre-sales and Delivery to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. This senior leadership role requires a deep understanding of network software engineering, telecommunications systems, and end-to-end solution delivery. The ideal candidate will possess over 20 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading technical teams. As a key technical advisor, the individual will be responsible for engaging with customers, defining architectures, leading proof of concept initiatives, and ensuring successful deployment of complex networking solutions.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 20+ years of experience in telecom or large-scale networking systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity managing teams. A strong background in network architecture, pre-sales, and delivery is essential. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in networking protocols, virtualization, high-performance data plane technologies, and cloud-native applications. Excellent communication skills, customer engagement experience, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value are critical. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and packet processing is highly desirable. A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields is preferred, along with certifications in networking and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities Serving as the primary technical interface with customers, the candidate will lead technical discovery, solution architecture, and proposal development. They will design comprehensive telecom solutions covering access, transport, core, and data planes, ensuring these are scalable and production-ready. The role involves guiding proof of concept initiatives aligned with customer use cases, overseeing the end-to-end delivery process, and acting as the technical owner during project execution. The individual will lead troubleshooting efforts, handle complex technical escalations, and ensure solutions meet performance and quality standards. Mentoring architects and engineers, reviewing designs, and driving technical standards are integral to this position. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop reusable assets, improve technical processes, and uphold best practices across projects.
