Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise

• 10+ years in Java backend development
• Strong hands-on experience with: + Spring Boot, Spring Cloud + Microservices & distributed systems + RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture + AWS cloud services (EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway)
• Experience designing reusable platform services and APIs Domain & Integration Experience
• Experience in platform/service-layer development for Digital commerce OR enterprise operations platforms
• Strong understanding of System integration patterns (API orchestration, event streaming) and Data modeling for distributed systems Leadership & Execution
• Proven experience leading engineering teams or acting as Technical Lead
• Strong ability to drive cross-team alignment across dependent platform services
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with domain-driven design (DDD) and bounded contexts
• Exposure to enterprise digital platforms (eCommerce, asset/operations systems)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS)
• Familiarity with API gateways, service mesh, and platform governance models
• Experience with security & compliance frameworks (e.g., app security, API security)
