Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications.
• Build and enhance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous product improvements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and software development best practices.

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with message brokers such as ActiveMQ, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar.
• Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
