Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable and efficient microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and Java to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Implement and optimize database solutions using Cosmos DB and Mongo DB to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Utilize Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting ensuring system stability and optimal user experience.
• Deploy and manage applications on Azure leveraging cloud-native services to enhance scalability and resilience.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications user guides and operational procedures.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage for all developed features.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends recommending innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Possess strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot with a proven track record of developing robust and scalable applications.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with microservices architecture ensuring seamless integration and high availability.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services including deployment monitoring and optimization.
• Showcase proficiency in working with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB and Mongo DB ensuring efficient data management.
• Exhibit experience in using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Bring a solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience collaborating in agile teams.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
