• Ensure quality projects are delivered within defined timelines.
• Develop proficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and Python.
• Work on both frontend and backend development (MERN stack + Python-based services).
• Understanding of server-client architecture.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Should have a good understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, Agile SCRUM.
• Should be able to work independently once proper guidance is provided.
• Ensure timely completion of development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working in a team and independently as and when required.
• Must be disciplined, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Good Communication skills .
• Candidate with B.E., BTech, MTech and equivalent graduation and post-graduation.
• Preferred Mechanical, Chemical, IT streams or relevant domain knowledge.
• Up to 4 Years of development experience in the full stack development (preferred MERN technology stack).
• Should have good knowledge of databases like RDBMS and NoSQL. What We Offer
