Lead Software Engineer to lead the development of our core platform, mentor engineers, and build scalable systems that can serve millions of users. What You'll Do
- Lead the architecture and development of Brainnet's core platform.
- Design scalable backend systems and high-performance APIs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver new features.
- Review code, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Build cloud-native applications using modern technologies.
- Contribute to system design, technical planning, and product strategy.
- Ensure software quality through testing, CI/CD, and code reviews. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with one or more languages such as Rust, Go, Java, TypeScript, Python, or C++.
- Experience building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, AI, Cybersecurity, or SaaS platforms.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
- Open-source contributions are a plus.
