Lead Software Engineer to lead the development of our core platform, mentor engineers, and build scalable systems that can serve millions of users. What You'll Do

• Lead the architecture and development of Brainnet's core platform.
• Design scalable backend systems and high-performance APIs.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver new features.
• Review code, mentor engineers, and establish engineering best practices.
• Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
• Build cloud-native applications using modern technologies.
• Contribute to system design, technical planning, and product strategy.
• Ensure software quality through testing, CI/CD, and code reviews. Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with one or more languages such as Rust, Go, Java, TypeScript, Python, or C++.
• Experience building scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in EdTech, AI, Cybersecurity, or SaaS platforms.
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices.
• Open-source contributions are a plus.
