Software Engineers to work on real-world software engineering projects involving backend, full-stack, systems, and infrastructure development. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with unfamiliar codebases, reviewing production-quality code, and making sound engineering decisions. Strong software engineering fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and technical communication are the primary requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Work on challenging backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and systems engineering projects.
• Review, debug, improve, and optimize production-level code.
• Design and evaluate APIs, databases, integrations, services, and deployment workflows.
• Analyze architecture and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
• Clearly document engineering decisions and technical trade-offs.
• Participate in technical reviews, solution design, and implementation discussions.
• Quickly understand and contribute to unfamiliar codebases and technologies. Required Experience
