About the Role We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Developer with strong experience in React and Node.js to help build and scale Truww’s next-generation digital platforms. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with founders, product, and design teams to develop robust, scalable, and user-centric web applications from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in fast-moving environments, and wants to grow into a senior or tech leadership role as the product and team scale.

Key Responsibilities ● Build and scale full-stack web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend) ● Architect and develop clean, scalable, and maintainable systems from scratch ● Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services ● Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into high-quality features ● Ensure performance, security, and scalability across applications ● Own end-to-end feature development—from idea to deployment ● Set up foundational code structure, tools, and engineering best practices ● Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-device compatibility ● Participate in technical decision-making and roadmap planning ● Lay the groundwork for mentoring and growing the engineering team over time Job

Requirements ● 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development ● Strong proficiency in React and Node.js (mandatory) ● Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript ● Solid understanding of frontend fundamentals: HTML, CSS, responsive design ● Experience building and consuming APIs (REST/JSON) ● Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) ● Strong software design, debugging, and problem-solving skills ● Experience with Git and modern development workflows ● Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and bias for action
