Software Engineer

C# Developer (.NET) – AI-Powered Development – Pune, India (Remote/Hybrid) We're building a ground-breaking social commerce platform that is now launching on college campuses before ultimately opening to consumers everywhere. We're seeking a full-time C# developer based in Pune who is obsessed with building quickly and leveraging AI to achieve extraordinary productivity.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong C# / .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core experience
• MySQL
• AWS
• Windows development environment
• Visual Studio
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable collaborating with teammates around the world
• Able to begin the workday at 11:00 AM IST

What Matters Most We're much more interested in what you can ship than how many years you've been sitting in a chair. We are not looking for a traditional developer. We are looking for someone obsessed with AI-assisted development who can move at extraordinary speed. You should already be using Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot, or similar tools every day. If AI is merely a curiosity for you, this role is probably not a fit. We care far more about what you can ship than how many years you've spent sitting in a chair. During the interview process, you'll be expected to share your screen and demonstrate how you leverage AI tools to dramatically accelerate development. We are seeking builders who consistently deliver at a level that would have been impossible just a few years ago.
