    Mission:

We are seeking a passionate and versatile Software Engineer. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver end-to-end features across the stack, contributing to modern, scalable, and reliable digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers in an Agile environment to turn ideas into high-quality software that delivers real business value.

    Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop full-stack applications with a strong focus on backend services (Java preferred) and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Contribute to system design and architecture discussions, proposing solutions that balance business needs, technical constraints, and long-term maintainability.
Apply DevOps fundamentals to support CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and basic cloud or Kubernetes deployments.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team, contributing to sprint planning, code reviews, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, contributing to observability, monitoring, and incident response.
Continuously learn and share knowledge with peers, mentoring junior team members when applicable.

    Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of professional software development experience in a product-oriented environment.
Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA).
Solid experience in frontend development with a modern JavaScript/TypeScript framework.
Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST APIs
Working knowledge of DevOps practices: Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins), Docker, and basic cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Strong understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and system design fundamentals.
Solid grasp of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities comfortable working in cross-functional, distributed teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) or microservices patterns.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, Cypress, Playwright) and TDD/BDD practices.
Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace).
Prior contribution to product development (SaaS, digital platforms, or customer-facing applications).
Awareness of security best practices (OWASP Top 10, secure coding).
